Serval is a 4-star character from the Erudition Path, and she's somewhat unique because you could say she's a blend of an Erudition and Nihility character, as a significant portion of her damage relies on DoTs (Damage over Time).

She is not a highly recommended character in general, although we can't say that she's a bad character by any means. She has fairly decent damage and effective DoT application, but she doesn't have enough personal damage output to be the centerpiece of a team, and she doesn't provide much support to her teammates.

Where she does have a small niche in the meta is within Kafka teams, which, as you may already know, are specialized in Damage over Time.
