Cyno is a character who excels in the role of Main DPS; in fact, he's the kind of character that should spend a significant amount of time on the battlefield, making it ideal to build a team configuration focused on maximizing his damage output (he's a Hypercarry).

He is an Electro-element character and he benefits greatly from Elemental Mastery (more so than usual, gaining additional damage boosts based on this stat). Consequently, he **works exceptionally well in Dendro-based teams**. Moreover, he frequently deals area-of-effect Electro damage, allowing him to activate Hyperbloom on his own.

He does have two issues, but these don't detract from his status as a highly recommended Main DPS character. Firstly, he requires a considerable amount of Energy Recharge for optimal performance. Secondly, it's true that if we defeat enemies quickly, it can complicate rotations because it's important for Cyno to stay on the battlefield for an extended period to make the most of his Ultimate. Nonetheless, all in all, he's an excellent character, and his strengths outweigh his weaknesses.

We're looking to maximize Cyno's damage output and build a team geared towards that goal (as Hyper Carry often is). We remind you again that this character works very well in **Dendro teams** and that he needs Elemental Mastery to function at his best performance, but we must not make the mistake of losing other damage statistics such as crit or elemental damage for this reason.
