The "Wastelander of Banditry Desert" is a Relic Set tailored for Imaginary damage DPS characters, and it can be equipped on any character with such traits, though some will make better use of it than others.
The 2-piece bonus offers a modest increase in Imaginary Damage, which is great for this type of character. As for the 4-piece bonus, it's quite solid, granting up to 10% CRIT Rate and 20% CRIT DMG. The only downside is the conditions required to unlock these bonuses.
The 10% CRIT Rate is easy to achieve, as it simply requires the enemy to have at least one debuff applied, which is often met without much effort. However, the 20% CRIT DMG is trickier since it requires the enemy to be "Imprisoned" (a debuff tied to Imaginary Breaks, though characters like Welt can apply it consistently). All Imaginary-element characters can apply "Imprisoned" when they break an enemy, but it's more effective to equip this set on characters who can apply it more easily. Imbibitor Lunae is another good example, as their attacks significantly reduce enemy Toughness bars.
