Sprightly Vonwacq

"Sprightly Vonwacq" is a Planar Ornament Set that I generally wouldn't recommend too much, as I believe there are many better options available.

This set provides a bit of Energy Regen Rate (which is always useful), and it also advances the character's action by 40% at the start of the battle. However, this isn't very impactful, as DPS characters typically prefer more damage-oriented options, and supports would rather use Planar Ornaments that enhance their ability to provide support to the team. Additionally, many supports already have mechanics that allow them to act first to quickly apply their buffs and other effects.
