"Surf's Up" is Mualani's signature 5-star W-Engi... Catalyst, making it an incredible option for her. However, as usual with such specialized weapons, it’s not particularly useful for most other characters in the game.
It’s a shame because, statistically, it’s an outstanding weapon. It provides a ton of CRIT DMG, a solid amount of HP%, and a significant boost to Normal Attack damage that can be easily maintained as long as your character triggers Vaporize reactions. Amazing for Mualani, but not very useful for other characters—at least for now.
