It stands out for providing a considerable amount of CRIT RATE and a very high amount of Attack to its wielder. It even provides HP% if the character isn't covered by a shield, so it's best not to use it in teams with characters like Zhongli, although this extra HP increase is more dispensable for most characters in the game.
