Xiangling is a character that can raise doubts regarding her build because she’s a character that takes advantage of too many statistics. In the end what we want is for her to cause as much damage as possible through her Pyronado, but think that for this to be possible you’ll have to have her with a lot of Energy Recharge since if you do not have her Elemental Burst always ready in the rotation there you’ll be losing a lot of damage
