A somewhat niche Raiden build, but quite popular. She won’t be the Main DPS and we’ll ignore her Elemental Burst, what we mainly want in this build is her constant and passive application of Electro through her Elemental Ability and all the Elemental Mastery possible to spam Elemental Reactions.
